Our basic home staging includes furnishing and accessorizing: 1 living room, 1 dining area, 1 bedroom, accessorizing kitchen counter and 2 bathrooms.


OWNER OCCUPIED STAGING
Our basic styling includes: “Accessorizing” 1 living room, 1 dining area, 1 bedroom with decorative pillows, decorative bedding, artwork and decor (using homeowner’s furniture).


CONSULTATION & REPORTING
Includes 1 hour walk and talk meeting with the homeowner to help them prepare their “owner occupied” home for listing. A written report summarizing our suggestions room by room is emailed after.
